For “standard and superior queen rooms” we allow two adults. For “Double/Double Rooms” we allow two adults and two children under the age of 16. In Double/Double Rooms there is a charge of $20.00 for each person over the age of 16 in excess of  two adults, up to a maximum of 4 persons..

Availability and Reservations: You may request rates and availability directly from Milano Hotel by calling our toll free number 1-877-7299050. You will be confirmed after we charge you for the first night. Any change or cancellation must be made more than 72 hours in advance of arrival date to get refund (less 10% for administrative expenses).Full payment is required at check in and there is no refund for early check out.
If you make reservations for our Hotel through other Internet sites or agencies, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information you may receive. Please Note: Room rates increase when there is a demand in the market. Special Events, citywide conventions, and high-demand weekends cause these changes. You can be assured that we are always looking at the market to make sure we maintain the best value available in the marketplace. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in to this property. Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. Cancellation Policy: To get refund of the one night advance payment required for confirmation any change or cancellation must be made with more than 72 hours in advance of arrival date, except Christmas ( from December 20th. to January 4th ). for that period a seven days in advance policy applies. Any refund will be subject to a 10% deduction for administrative expenses. For group reservations 30 days in advance of arrival date is required  for changes or cancellation. For offers there is not cancellation and not refund.
